We hope you will consider joining Will and Cache Hartzell, Jesse Ahman, Amelia Huerta, Dean Wakerlin and Jupiter as they celebrate in song and movement the winter /spring seasonal change on the day of the equinox this year! 140 of you lovelies will be sitting/laying down on the yoga mat, blanket and pillow you brought as the vibrational therapists play huge planetary gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, didgeridoos, acutonic tuning forks, sacred chimes and bells. This experience is generally very soothing and comforting proven by the many of you who will inevitably fall asleep during this section. In addition to the Bliss Bath portion of the program we also provide two sections of written sitar/cello led compositions accompanied by flute, harmonium, didgeridoo and djembe. Both sections of music are very relaxing and the program runs 2 hours total. We are really excited to share what we have been preparing with you!

Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own yoga mat/blanket/pillow/eye pillow and be able to hold silence for an extended period of time. We will not be leading yoga but you are certainly welcome to do some stretching. It is suggested to wear comfortable clothing and this is a shoes off event.
